1. Dress warmly with layers and comfortable shoes. Each journey lasts 35-45 minutes outdoors. Our campus is not a difficult walk, however, it is not wheelchair friendly. You will be walking on gravel, pavement, and grass. There is a slight hill and one set of stairs.
2. When to arrive. The event begins at 6pm and runs through 9pm. However, if everyone shows up at 6pm, and we only take 30 people per group, every 20 minutes, you could end up waiting quite awhile. The crowd dies down about 7:15pm, so that is a great time to show up and have less time to wait.
3. Pick up your tickets when you arrive. Enter through the designated entrance and pick up tickets for each person in your group. You will then proceed to the gym where there are activities and refreshments provided while you wait. When your ticket color is called, you will follow the guide through the tour.
4. Can we bring our pet? Due to the variety of animals involved in the program, we would ask that you leave your pets at home. Trained service animals are always welcome.
